Lobsters on the menu

This is a quick post about our lobster dinner the other night.  ( I know that now one wants to know what I had for dinner last night, these are usually the boring types of posts, but here goes anyway.)

First, the local fish salesperson, flagged me down while riding my bike and said he had langosta (lobster).  This is the first I had seen it available since moving to San Clemente.  I called my mother to see if she wanted some, and of course she did.  She got on her bike and rode down to meet me.

They only had 5 pounds at $5 a pound.  We bought 3 pounds for dinner.

They asked me if I knew others who may want the lobster.  I made a few calls, but could not get any other takers.

A little wine and beer completed the meal nicely.

Figuring it out… 1 crustacean at a time.
