Tsunami sign – another emergency preparedness step for San Clemente

There is a new sign in town informing people of what to do in case of a tsunami.

With this and the Salvavidas from my previous post, it looks like San Clemente Manabi is moving up in the Emergency Preparedness world.

If I had of made this sign, I would have drawn HUGE arrows pointing the way to go.  You cant quickly see where to go, but that is just my viewpoint.

Figuring it out…

  1. Also, if you look closely at the sign it lists streets with names and numbers when those of us who live here know that there are virtually no street signs in San Clemente. I have lived here for fourteen months and I do not know the name of my road, but according to that sign, apparently there is a name! News to me.
